Live.Life.Lean has no control over the times the courier collects or delivers. If you received a tracking number, it means that the order was processed. It is then up to the courier to collect the parcels and add your tracking number to their system. If it shows “invalid” it does not mean the parcel was not sent out, it just means that the courier company has not added it to their website yet. Your parcel may already be on its way to you or it may still be at the courier depot.
